How do we load a container??

 
A,Preparation before loading:
 
1,Products will be well-packaged and transport to the loading yard,which near the Sea port. 

The cargoes are avoid from the rainy in the Shelter.
 
2,Loading supervisor will check the wooden crate of below vital points:
--The strengthen of wooden crafts.
--Clean without any dirt ,wormhole,bark, seed,etc.
--Dry without any wooden mold.
--Fumigation mark,to prove the crates have been fumigated.
 
3,Container is clean without any debris or other residue..etc.
 
B,Loading process:
 
1,Loading crate one by one.
2,Reasonable arrange the products in the container,ensure it is uneasy to shake during the sea transport.
3,Reinforce with steel strip after all cargoes in the container.
 
C,Take photos:
 
Take photos of every detail information,products with crates and the loading process.
 
In this way,our clients will know every detail of products.It is complete and well packaged.
 
D.Lock with seal after fumigation.
